Please note that we have three acupuncturist and are frequently busy
with patients and cannot always
get to the phone when you call. If possible, we will return your calls between
9:00am — 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The answering machined is monitored five
days a week. ALWAYS leave your call back number with area code, even if you
are an established patient.
If you are calling from a cell phone, please repeat your
number twice, as
the reception is often garbled. If you do not get a call back within a day, this
is usually the reason why. At times we check messages from a location other than
the office, where we will NOT have access to your chart or phone number, making
it otherwise impossible to return your call if you do not leave your number.
Also, leave a number where you can be reached after hours as our health center
is open various evenings till 6PM. We will return your
call at the earliest opportunity and that sometimes means you will be home from
work by the time our office contacts you.
- If you have not heard back from our office within 24 hours, please call
us again.
- If it’s a medical emergency, call 911 or your physician.
